"Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Easy checkin and check out with a tablet. Personal onsen was relaxing and just what we needed. We didn’t use the footbath but it looked good. Everything was clean and well maintained and easy too use. Location was perfect will a view of Mt Fuji. Completely worth the extra coin. Only criticisms is that the entrance sign could be more obvious, it was hard to see the small sign after a long bus ride and train ride. We couldn’t get the vending machine app to work but a good 7-11 was very close."

"I had the most relaxing and healing stay at Ajisai. It is in a beautiful quiet setting and the hot springs are fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me retrieve a lost item. The dinner was very memorable and totally worth it - traditional Japanese food that was quite delicious. I will visit here again someday!"
