"We accidentally booked this hotel during a very stressful time—our daughter was unexpectedly hospitalized—and despite reaching out immediately, the hotel refused to adjust or cancel the reservation. There was no flexibility or compassion shown, which was especially disheartening. "The views, the location, the staff (Effie, Anastasia and the entire team) were all wonderful! Close enough to Oia for a long walk or minutes by car. The personal Spa was a nice touch as well breakfast room service. If you need a rental car, they work with local companies to deliver the car to you at the Hotel. Our only regret is not adding a couple more days to our stay to extend our enjoyment of this amazing hotel!"
