"It is hard to fully describe the excellence this hotel deserves but I will try. Beginning from the transportation the property arranged for us at the ferry, Antonis our driver, was so welcoming and cordial. He has worked here for over 25 years and gave us an excellent guide of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception desk could not have been any kinder to us. Emily and Artemis were hosts who always made us feel like home when we would see them. Santo was the person who helped us with over 150 Pounds of luggage on his back to the room. Oh and the room…WOW!! It was breathtakingly beautiful and comfortable. Housekeeping made sure to refill our beverages and once we left sunglasses behind and she left an eyeglass cloth. The hotel’s facilities and amenities are out of this world outstanding. There was not one thing that I did not like. Even the steps. Yes it was a workout to be sure. But it made you feel that you worked hard and earned the slice of paradise this hotel delivers. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the hot tub which was more like the size of a small pool. It was a perfect size and overlooked the caldera and view of the sunset. The pool in the property was equally as amazing and service was spectacular. The Greek salad that I had was the best one I’ve had in Greece so far. The location was central to Oía shops and restaurants with beautiful pathways. I didn’t even find the need to wander off to different parts of the island. Thank you Charisma! "

"Loved the location, smooth check in process, very hardworking staff / team esp kudos to Leo for walking our luggage on those steps!! He is amazing. Impressive service for bfast and we had a good selection of it everyday. It would be nice to have coffee creamers in the room. The rooms were cleaned everyday sometimes multiple times a day. Very receptive staff and will definitely recommend "
