"Eilert Smith Hotel exceeded our expectations!!! This is a Luxury Boutique Hotel. They treat you like royalty right when you walk in the door. I would definitely stay there again in Stavanger. It was the best of all places we stayed in Norway. It didn’t have the most amenities or even the best views but it made up for it in service and quality of the room and everything in the room. "I was in Stavanger to go to The September When concert at the DNB Arena. The Clarion Hotel Energy is literally just next door, so I didn't have to think about how I was going to get back to my accommodation after the gig. Added bonus: the hotel is halfway between the airport and the centre of Stavanger. The airport bus (FB40) + regular buses and night buses stop just outside. Alternatively, it is an easy walk (past a lovely lake) or cycle to the city centre. Taxis also seem readily available...
