"Great location. Loved our stay but will book a bigger room next time. Also hope to have a room with a view. The room had no view, only of walls and windows. Great breakfast and nothing was too much trouble, food replenished instantly when running low. The staff are all very professional and courteous. The only downside for me was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Will definitely book again. "

"We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room...
