"A very nice hotel, easy to access and a very pleasant greeting on arrival. The hotel and room is very clean. The bed was a little soft for me but I appreciate the mattress has to suit all. Next morning the shower was hot and then were warmly greeted by the staff at break and treated to a slap up meal. Will defiantly come back again. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Mal. We parked in Liverpool one and prepaid 24 hour parking for a good rate. Although there is a NCP opposite which looked cheaper I’d maybe look at this next time. The Mal is a short 10 min walk and is close to Albert Dock. Our stay was 10/10. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. Only minor grumble that there was no moisturiser in the room."
