"Overall a nice stay. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Some issues with train noise. Some food items not available at the snack shop (eg ramen, pot pie, burrito). One elevator was not in service. Carpeting in the hotel room was wearing thin. A strange motor sound kept running on/off when we were in the room day or night. Nice to have a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The staff was great but the hotel condition was okay."

"There was plenty parking spaces at the hotel whereas downtown Portland parking is near impossible so the hotel being within walking distance is a big plus. The room was very clean with two exceptions: vent on the AC unit and floors were very dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the neighborhood but wouldn’t advise walking downtown at night."

Went to Portland for a concert at the Moda Center (which was a very quick 10 min walk to the venue from the hotel) The view of the city at night was beautiful and the staff was very friendly! If we didn’t want to leave the hotel we wouldn’t even need to since it had everything we needed right there!! Rooftop restaurant was a fantastic bonus and the valets were really welcoming!
