"Really enjoyed our one night stay, the rooms were spacious and very clean, only down side was the windows above wardrobe in the bedroom let too much light in the room early hours of a morning, a blind on them would help to elimate this issue. The restaurant was up to our standard and reasonable priced, the evening meals were nice and big breakfast spot on and great value."

"This place was great for families and pet friendly. Rumpus room for kids with table tennis, cricket equipment and basketball. Fresh berrie and veg garden. Gorgeous big bath for kids. Lots of puzzles and things for big kids to do. Milkshake makers, sandwhich makers and pizza oven with fire pit. There would be only one thing i would suggest to improve and that would be instructions for tv inmain lounge. Gorgepus beds and bedding to boot. Felt like a home away from home and locals were lovely."

Initially we had some difficulty locating the property as the name of the property was not signed. We sent a message through to the owner but didn't receive any reply. "This is a great property and we had a wonderful week in Orford. The house is very well appointed with all that you need. It was very clean and spacious. While we only had the two of us, it is definitely large enough for a family stay. The house has a nice range of books, games, a large TV and stereo if you have a rainy day. The kitchen has everything you need if you are on a budget and looking to cook rather than dine out. Situated in a quiet spot, we loved that we were close to all amenities...

"Very clean and comfortable with great views of the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony taking in the view. The home was peaceful and quiet and in a great location. The location gave us easy access to many points of interest such as the ferry to Maria Island."
