This spacious luxury suite is located on the first floor in the Vista Cay Resort providing 5-Star Amenities! Vista Cay is a gated resort located in convenient proximity to many of Orlando's top attractions. With Vista Cay's on-site shopping center, fitness center, pool, spa, and extensive grounds along the scenic Lake Cay, this resort is an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. The grounds include a walking and jogging path, that goes around the circumference of the lake which is approximately two miles. The clubhouse provides a center for on-site entertainment with its game room (complete with Foosball and Pool tables), in-house movie theater, and internet cafe; all of which are open to use free of charge.

Ground Floor Luxury Accommodations: A stay in this suite will place you in the lap of 1823 square feet of luxury. The three bedroom ,two bath suite can comfortably accommodate up to ten with two king-sized beds, two double beds, and a pull out couch (fits two). The bedrooms each contain a 32 inch high definition television . There is also a 50' high definition television in the living room along with an elegant fire place.

You can also keep up with your business during your stay using our combination printer/scanner/fax machine. Why not review your emails and upload photos when you have free time on vacation.

This unit also includes a large Lanai.

Home Style Comforts: Even while getting away from it all, you can still enjoy the comforts of home. With our gourmet kitchen, you can cook your favorite meals using a variety of home appliances .You can enjoy your meals either at the dining table or granite counter-top kitchen bar. This is a great way to save money on your vacation which also allows you a chance to eat healthy during your stay. The unit also has a washer and dryer to make your make your stay more comfortable.

Basic condo with good location
The location is close to theme parks and dinner options. It is a standard condo with all amenities that were needed. Everything worked as it should and as stated in the listing. There were only a couple of issues...several of the light switches were missing covers creating a potential hazard and the garbage is stored in the hallway of the building which does not look good and smelled.

Perfect Midpoint for WDW & Universal
This location is perfect if you have plans for WDW and Universal Studios. It's a 20-minute drive to WDW and a 15-minute drive to Universal Studios. The pool is very nice, and I was comfortable letting my teenagers walk from the condo to the location due to the gated community. We have a son who is special needs in a wheelchair and this condo met our needs--accessible shower, bottom floor, plenty of room to maneuver. We did take note of a couple of issues: First, the walls are very thin, and you will hear the people above you as well as every time they flush the toilet. Second, the pool bar is a nice amenity but do not expect anything awesome, because the bartenders do not make well-mixed drinks. For the cost and location though, this condo was a perfect vacation rental for my family.

we really enjoyed the close proximity to the convention center and the 1st floor accommodation. very convenient to get to publix and our dog show venue by golf cart. Not too happy that i was not able to charge my disability scooter from our porch outlet.

Needs improvement/ lack of customer service
I booked this cute property in August for a short girls getaway October trip. Owners had been unresponsive to my questions leading up to arrival. The day before my flight I sent a message to owners asking for welcome/access information. No response. I finally got a call from the property management company 10min before I boarded a flight to Orlando who had not heard of our reservation and explained the owners were not available. She quickly sent a condo reservation confirmation for the property which was now pictured as a cheap looking lovers retreat. We arrived 3 hrs after checkin at 8pm and startled when we opened the door to the cleaning lady in the unit frantically cleaning and asked we come back later. It was nearly 8pm and we are women in a new city at night. VRBO asked we wait on the curb in the dark. Lastly, the unit needs attention to carpets, theres old cable boxes and light bulbs that need changing in fridge and bathrooms. The bedding and fireplace is cheap looking. One shower needs to be badly replaced and thereā€™s nails on a interior wood door sticking out into the foyer. So disappointed that booking early ended up being a terrible experience. Not a safe and clean unit for small children and Iā€™m sure there are much better condos in Orlando to stay for an adult girls trip.

This property was in a great location. The rooms were great size. The clubhouse and pool were excellent. There were ants discovered on day 1 in the master bedroom. Orkin came the next day but anta came back the next day. Be sure not to leave any food out

The space was perfect for our visit. We loved that we had space for all of us! 2 large bathrooms and a full kitchen. We especially loved having laundry on site! So close to so many of the parks and really close to the hotel the competition was in. So glad we found this place! Will be back again for sure.

The kitchen chairs are terrible and need to be replaced. The coffee table is dangerous for small children. It slides off its stand easily and has sharp corners. Bottom Sheets on bed next to common bathroom will not stay on bed and you wake up in the morning with sheets wrapped around you.
