"Giving five stars because the area, beds, cleanliness, breakfast, and customer service were great. The manager helped us when our room wasn't up to their usual standards and ensured he found a much better one. I think there were some new staff members so he stepped up when they struggled (please be patient with them if you are booking in the new few months). The room was shaded, smelled great, and had SUPER comfortable beds with a newer-looking bathroom on the street lined with trees, and it was really quiet. Breakfast was good too with many options. Super close to the Picadilly line and has scooters and bikes right outside with grocery stores and food options down the street. I'll be booking again and again for the kind of quality you get for a truly affordable rate in London - one of the fewest options you can get without breaking the bank or having to stay super far from the city center!"
