"Booked me the wrong type of room. Changed it but the place was really dirty. Plug sockets didn’t work so couldn’t charge phone. Shower mouldy. Floor in front of toilet rotten to the point of collapse. What I can only describe as blood and nosedirt wipes on side of divan. Hairs in the bed. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in by a long way. A total dump. I’d ask for a refund but I can’t be bothered as everyone who stays there must ask for one and I can only assume they never give them otherwise they...
