I ended up having to book different accommodations because the property was not properly cleaned and it also looked like someone else was still staying there.

Getting to this accommodation meant walking from the train station for 8-10 mins. The area has small eating restaurants, and park spaces (which was nice after being in Tokyo without them). The accommodation itself, you have to walk 4 floors of steep stairs, the rooms are somewhat nice, and the toilet and shower are rather small, so if you're tall you might have a problem with it. For the price you pay you get what you get :)
