Tokyo Inn makes certain that its hotels have so many little conveniences (not to mention the wonderful free breakfast served daily). Their attention to detail is impressive. When we return to Japan we will definitely stay in Tokyo Inn if possible.

As a tourist, note that this is a business hotel, nothing fancy but great access to transport and wonderful neighbourhoods. Rooms are clean and well maintained. A good place to rest after a busy day, but you aren’t hanging out too much in your room. The free breakfast is tasty and allows you to get an early start on your day.

We didn't like the check in process. Use a Machine to check in. Have to find our booking number and scan our passport. End up someone has to help us anyway. Otherwise our stay was great here. Breakfast was very good for us.

Everything was great and truly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were nice & respectful, and the room was decent & clean on our check-in. I loved how we can leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip in Osaka.

Conveniently located close to the subway station, shopping street and dining options. Hotel has good service and amenity kits, and a decent free breakfast. However the 4pm check-in time is quite late so it is inconvenient to wait for a long time after arriving from a long flight - it would be better if they had an earlier check-in time.
