We didn't like the check in process. Use a Machine to check in. Have to find our booking number and scan our passport. End up someone has to help us anyway. Otherwise our stay was great here. Breakfast was very good for us.

Conveniently located close to the subway station, shopping street and dining options. Hotel has good service and amenity kits, and a decent free breakfast. However the 4pm check-in time is quite late so it is inconvenient to wait for a long time after arriving from a long flight - it would be better if they had an earlier check-in time.

Staff members had cold, rude attitude and were unaccommodating. They don't speak any English and don't even smile. The hotel has too many complicated and rigid rules that it is uncomfortable to stay in. They only make your bed once every 4 days. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
