"Overall the property was good, especially for the price. The only downside was the parking was supposed to be free but I was told the garage was full and that i couldnt park there. However, i saw several open spots, but they still did not let me park there. Instead i had to pay for parking that the hotel would not reimburse. Other than the false information about free parking the hotel was what we expected."

"Location - there is a pick up service from jr nakuro onsen station. You need to notify the hotel in advance for the pick up service. Staff- they are very nice. I got off at the wrong jr station. "Lovely hotel. My room was large and had a view of the mountains. The onsen is small but has a nice outdoor pool which was delightful in the rain. Staff don't speak a lot of English but used translators to help. The restaurant is very nice with attention to every detail. I would stay here again."

"I really adored this place, and it was very conveniently located for day trips into Ginzan Onsen. The room was clean and affordable and in exchange for environmentally clean services we were given free beer or chuhai and breakfast vouchers. The hotel also has a nice public bath which worked wonders after a day walking in the cold. And honestly the chains sheep mascot was really cute; this place was just very charming for a place so far out in Japan. I will stay here the next chance I get."

"Very comfortable good sized, well appointed room in an upmarket hotel. Comfortable arm chairs, view across the city and full sized bath. We stayed for 3 nights using it as a base for the surrounding area. Free parking right at the hotel. Central place to stay - we had a car and only a few minutes to restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. Didn't eat at the hotel - bought food from the nearby Aeon Mart or nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again if in this city."
