"We arrived at 10 AM, intending only to drop off our luggage, but to our surprise, our room was already ready for check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a great first impression. However, we experienced a few issues during our stay. The TV didn’t work, neither with the remote control nor using the buttons on the side of the TV. Additionally, the hot water took a very long time to heat up, making it less convenient to enjoy a comfortable shower."
