Ian and Sharon were amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The reminded me of how having living, caring grandparents feels like. The quality and quantity of the breakfast is amazing and the fact that it was included in the price for the room is a steal. They look after their guests like they're family. Highly reccommended to stay here when in Paignton. Definitely will be coming back in the future. Thank you for looking after me, Ian and Sharon. Hoping to see you again! 💜

Situated on top of a hill so difficult for older guests & guests with walking disabilities. Owners very friendly & helpful. Good variety of breakfast items.

The owners Ian and Sharon were absolutely wonderful nothing was too much trouble for them. They were also very helpful with suggestions and tips for making the most of pur stay. The breakfast was delicious. It was buffet style but Sharon was happy to make things to order and very generous in her servings. The hotel is a short 2 minute walk to the harbour and we didnt bother using our car ar all during the week we stayed as the bus sevice is very good.

My partner and myself had a really lovely time in paignton over the weekend. Really friendly service from a real nice couple. The facility had everything we needed for our stay.
