"Beautiful building. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks. Food was expensive. A side of cauliflower cheese came out boiled half to death and covered in bright orange plastic cheese. Mash potato was gritty and cold. Edible if covered in extra gravy and plenty of seasoning. "The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. "
