"All well with comfort, checkin, fulsome breakfast and welcoming and helpful staff. Problem we had was the elevator was out of service during our entire stay and we had to haul luggage to 3rd floor above the main floor (floor zero). Location was difficult to find but easy to return to once we figured how where and how. Staff helpful in us doing this. "

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "

"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"TRAVELER BEWARE: This apartment is in a slum and had the worst smell I've ever experienced. The harmful odor was repugnant and pervasive. My wife almost puked from the smell. We left after less than a minute. To pick up the key to the apartment you need to drive 15 minutes away to an odd office and can only communicate with the owner via email or Whatsapp. So we had to drive all the way back to drop off the key. "Stayed here in a pinch on way between Bratislava to Vienna. Much less expensive than staying in either of those two cities, and rooms were new, fresh, and clean. Check-in and check-out is a little wonky due to no personnel / all accomplished at kiosk. Otherwise spectacular. "
