The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. "Wonderful guesthouse, stepped out right into Kata night market where we had most of our food. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Lots of other food and shopping options. Didn't mind not having elevator, but the only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable with no option for a mattress pad. "
