"The room was perfect for us & our 4 children. Reasonably central and quick to walk to a night market. Easy to find taxis ect to move around and about a 10-15 minute walk to the sky train. Well connected with the airport.
The room itself was ok, it needs some basic renovation in the shower and finishing touches to make it more comfortable.
Overall it served it's purpose for a couple of nights in Bangkok with the kids before flying to the coast. I wouldn't have been happy with the standard if...

"I had a wonderful stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. The overall experience was exceptional — from the warm hospitality of the staff to the well-maintained facilities, everything made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport.
The service stood out the most — every staff member I interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed.
The only minor issue I noticed was with the in-room TV, which had a slight white glare on the screen. It didn’t affect my overall experience much, but I believe it’s something the hotel can look into to further enhance guest comfort.
