"This was a last minute family trip. At checkin the very nice gentleman at the desk switched our room to one that was closer to the elevator, which was a great help to us! The location was perfect for where we were going to spend our time. The price was wonderful, the breakfast had great options! The only down side to this stay was that this hotel is located near emergency services, so if you are not used to sirens at all hours of the day/night it might interrupt your sleep, and that is no fault of the hotel. .y nieces birthday happened while we were here and I needed assistance opening some last minute surprises for before she woke up and the guys at the front desk were so kind and helpful. All of the staff wished her a happy birthday when they saw her as well. All in all, this was a great trip!"

"The free breakfast was actually pretty good. And the 24/7 pool and gym access was a plus, especially if you want to get away from yelling children!"

"We loved the water features except due to being small build our water savy, athletic 5 year old couldn't come down the slides that 3 yr. olds were able to ride. Also closing the slides to change out lifeguards was disappointing."
