I liked the early check-in which was easy using a kiosk. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice having many dining options with additional dining right in front of the Horseshoe. The location is good for walking to shops at the Miricale Mile Shops and LINQ promenade. The only issue was I had to call for housekeeping because our room was not cleaned for 3 days despite being out from 7 am to noon on those 3 days. Housekeeping did come shortly after being called. I would stay at the Horseshow again and recommend it to family and friends.
