Check-in quick and very friendly, glass of bubbly if that floats your boat. The hotel has the feel of a grand country house with generously sized rooms, a separate closet/ room for clothing etc and a good-sized bathroom. "At the heart of the old town. The hotel would provide you with the city pass (free) with access to all museums and local transpositions (buses and trains) in the same surroundings. Do not miss to go to La Chaucer-de-Fonda for the international Time museum. A must see. Highly recommend the place. "

"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."
