If you fancy venturing out, Turnchapel has two pubs within walking distance of the apartment and there is a lively atmosphere during the summer. For the walkers amongst you, the village has the South West Coast Path running through it, and you can follow this to Mountbatten where you can catch the water taxi to the Barbican area of Plymouth. There are two pubs just a minute from the property, one of which serves food.
