We spent two nights here before and after our cruise in Ha Long Bay. The staff was very attentive and helped us book taxi service, spa treatments, etc. Breakfast was very good with excellence service. We definitely recommend spending time at this hotel.

Property staff, Kai, Johnny, breakfast staff at the front and manager Brian was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
Would recommend this location as it is centrally located and 1 block to the lake.
