"Staff is very friendly "

"Generally an excellent stay. Staff were outstanding. A couple of niggles. 1.Checking in we were required to provide photo ID. We are local and arrived by taxi. My husband made the booking and left his driver licence at home. Although my name was also on the booking my photo ID was not acceptable to the Cordis. The hassle that followed could have been avoided if there had been a reminder on the booking information. 2. Dinner cost - we had planned to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with dinner at Eight restaurant. At $148 per dinner per person it was out of our price range. We sat on the street and enjoyed fish and chips from a local takeaway "

"Arrived late into Auckland and needed a place to stay for early flight to Queenstown. Conveniently located across the street from the airport. Very clean and front desk staff was exceptionally nice. "

"Absolutely wonderful staff check-in was easy but check out could’ve been easier. The only thing they could’ve done a little bit easier to have a larger notice for people that have paid through third-party so we can simply drop off our keys for standing in line until you get all the way up to the desk and then seeing the express drop off box. So it would be my recommendation as somebody that’s also in the tourism and customer service industry that you just inform all your guests at the time of check-in where the express checkout box is or offered this information through the television media system. We would definitely return to this location and the dragon Chinese restaurant around the corner on Elliot Street was phenomenal."

"Rooms are extremely tiny. There's barely space to walk around the bed, but that was all we needed for half a night while waiting for our flight home. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus took less than 5 mins to get to the international airport drop off area and runs every 20 mins, 24 hours a day. Free for kids and $6 for adults, so super handy. I would definitely stay there again in preparation for an early morning flight."
