"I’ve stay at the Sawgrass Marriott three times this year and love the property! The staff is very accommodating and Mark in the lobby bar is THE BEST! My only complaint about this visit was the lack of hot water in the shower…(yes, we reported it to the front desk). Luckily, we went to the beach club most days and weren’t terribly worried about going out at night! Overall, a great place to stay when in Ponte Vedra!"

"Beautiful space above a garage in a quiet, natural neighborhood. The owners were attentive and classy. We did not want to leave, and even intend on building something similar someday for personal use. We cannot wait to go back in the future!"

"The host is super responsive and a good communicator. The house needs work- pictures look good online, but the place needs some tlc. I was not aware that the master was separate from the rest of the house. Its like two different rentals stacked on top of each other. The ceiling was leaking onto the bed post in the master. On the main floor the flooring around some of the air registers were mushy and sink in when you step on them."
