"This was nice space on quiet street. Perfect for my wife and I while checking on a house remodel."

"The property is in a great location, beach is very nice. However the house is in disrepair. There are many soft spots in the flooring, the air conditioner was broken for most of our stay, there was mouse poop all over the lower level, the house could use a good scrubbing, the dishes were all dirty and we had to wash them all before using them. The set up is great, but the property needs some care. "
