Evenings (and mornings) on the patio with the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach are the best! A short walk to the end of the street and the beautiful beach awaits. We will be back to Indian Pass and we will definitely be staying here again!"

Quiet family oriented is what we needed. We had a few minor issues when we first moved in, but we couldn’t ask for anything better. Kids have already talked about going back. "Nice house and amazing location. No houses are right on top of you so it is very private. You basically have your own private beach. Plenty of cooking utensils and supplies. We got chased out by Hurricane Helene so didnt get to stay but a few days. Will certainly be back to stay a full trip. "

"Dealt with an infestation of cockroaches trying to get in my groceries, spiders, crickets, fruit flies etc all week. Literally were talking dozens of instances. I have over a dozen photos. Was pre-charged an cleaning fee and stayed in a disgusting bug house, absolutely ridiculous. The extra fees with VRBO are out of hand, I payed like almost the same amount in extra fees as I did for my rent. The WiFi didn’t work for even a moment in 7 days, the dishes were filthy and the dishwasher also did not work. Pretty awful experience and for sure my last time doing short term rentals in someone’s home. Hotels at least take pride in giving you a clean room and working amenities. I was told by an exterminator that came by that he services 200 Vacasa rental properties in the area, and this home owner refused regular service. He had never been to that location even once. Why would I want to stay at someone’s property who doesn’t even take enough pride in it to keep it free of pests? Bad experience."

"This is a very nice property that needed some TLC. The pool area especially needed attention. We pulled weeds that were grown up, threw away broken beach toys left in a heap and hosed the outside area down. We checked in on Saturday and found the pool filter did not work until Wednesday. The kitchen was lovely, just completely unorganized. The grill pan was so dirty that it caught fire and burned our Father’s Day steaks. The maintenance service was awesome! They came quickly when our upstairs a/c stopped working and fixed the problem immediately. We had a great time but will not be going back to this property."
