"Perfect place to stay for a few days. Lovely views and a short walk down to Fistral beach. Christine is an excellent host, quick to respond and left essential supplies for our stay. "

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"Couldn’t recommend Clemens Beach House enough! Beautiful house, well furnished with all you’d need, great location 5 mins walk from a fabulous beach and 2 mins from a couple of good pubs! Ali and Freddie are great hosts who couldn’t be more welcoming!"

"This house was the perfect base for our group to get around Newquay and all it had to offer. Stunning interiors, as per the photos online! It had everything we needed. We will absolutely book again! "

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."
