"Our stay was excellent, this hotel is the perfect place to unplug and relax. The property is beautiful, and the on-site restaurant was outstanding. We dined there multiple times during our stay and even returned after we had checked out. Although it was sargazo (seaweed) season and we couldn’t fully enjoy the beach club, the exceptional service at the pool and restaurant more than made up for it. Special thanks to the servers Walter, Hermelindo, Jose, and Luis who provided top-notch service throughout our visit. The concierge and hotel hosts were available from morning to evening, and both Armando and Valeria were incredibly helpful. They assisted with restaurant reservations, gave great local recommendations, and even arranged a rental car to be delivered directly to the hotel. Overall, the service was a 10 out of 10 and made our stay truly memorable. We will return. "
