"The house was quirky and had some rustic charm, but the property is not well maintained. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. The cues for the pool table had the tips broken off. The air conditioning units worked well in most of the bedrooms, but were loud and did not sufficiently cool the entire house. The three bullet or BB holes that we found in the windows speak toward the safety of the neighborhood, but the neighbors were nice and we had no safety issues. Overall, the stay was ok, but I felt it was overpriced considering the state of the property."
