"This is a great hotel, modern with comfortable and spacious rooms. Unfortunately on this occasion I had an issue with the heating in the room. The controls showed an error message and the heating wouldn't work. I reported to reception and they sent someone to look at it immediately. It couldn't be fixed so I was offered an alternative room but the maintenance guy said I could have a portable heater which he brought up and that was fine. These things happen and the problem was dealt with quickly...
