"This is a budget hotel and is a good example of that. The small room was fine for the price. The double bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good. "I was only staying overnight but I was very comfortable - I am over 80 and disabled so that was very important. The only problem was that although I thought I had booked an accessible room I hadn't so it is important to talk to the reception team - who swiftly corrected that and found me an accessible room within a few minutes. I didn't like the AI receptionist who answered the phone but she is easily sidestepped by just insisting 'Manager' and you get put through. The dinner was very good."

"Fantastic service from start to finish, all members of staff literally could not so enough for us. We stayed in the Executive Suite in Mansion House. Room was extremely spacious and because it was our wedding anniversary, there were a lot of personal touches in the room like welcome gifts, balloons etc which was greatly appreciated. Food options were slightly limited but they were fine for our stay. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of options! We will definitely be staying here again…...

"Unfortunately I have experienced this hotel at it's best. The staff were nice and my room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch considering I stayed with my two children.
