We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. Walking distance to many attractions, Victoria Underground (providing access to all of London) and Victoria Coach station (providing access to locations such as Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Oxford, etc.). Highly professional and responsive property managers who resolved all issues very quickly. Early check-in was a nice perk. "
