"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

"I liked staying here, it was off the busy area of the Grand Place but right next to a major train station (Rogier) where you could take the train anywhere. It's walking distance to the gran place (~20mins) and 15minutes walk from the bank of Belgium where alot of tour buses pick up from. The hotel itself is beautiful and I really enjoyed their abundance of breakfast options. The rooms were also really nice and peaceful. My biggest gripe about the hotel was the bathroom. "The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...
