"On our first visit to Porto, we chose this hotel for its location, charm and history. At check-in, we were offered exactly the room accommodation we had reserved but we were not entirely happy with it. The front desk professional, Leonardo, immediately responded with an amazing swap for a room that far exceeded our expectation! His kind and helpful attitude turned a mediocre stay into an instant 5-star experience! Well done and highly recommended!"
