"This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. There were blood and urine stains on our sheets, the toilet did not flush, dust everywhere, food scraps on the tables and horrible customer service. Although complained the owner tried to convince us that it was clean and we were getting a great price. Would absolutely not recommended such a waste of money and disgusting. "

They held our luggage for us prior to check in, so we could begin exploring London. We had a garden apartment which was clean, quiet and a short walk to Hammersmith tube station.
