I left an item in the room and after an email I was told that that they had it and would make arrangements to return it to me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

"The hotel is an iconic building in central Sydney and is alive with character of yesteryear. We were accommodated in the Heritage section of the hotel which was amazing. The room was spacious and grand with a very comfortable bed and large fluffy towels in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend any person to stay at the Fullerton. "
