"The staff was amazing and it was a great location. The room was large enough but we were on the fifth floor so we had to take the regular elevator to the third floor, get out, walk through a couple doors, down a hall and get on the exterior elevator to the fifth floor. That was annoying but we managed. All of the people working there were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome!"

"The place was advertised in Expedia as a B&B. Upon arrival, we were told that if we wanted breakfast, we had to pay extra. After inspection of the kitchen, we decided to breakfast elsewhere (a lonely Ikea flat plate, two soup plates, two refrigerators that had not been cleaned for a long while, no mosquito nets in the always open window, and a rather small table. "We arrived late due to airline flight delays, but was still able to check in at 11:30pm (23:30). There was still one restaurant open within 15 minute walk, but would not recommend to walk alone as it is dark. Room was clean and quiet, but bath garbage was not thrown from previous guest. Reminder: To put door card in slot after entering as no lights or power until you do so. Also hall lighting is often delayed due to motion detectors not working. 7 Euro bus to airport is a good deal."
