Enjoy this lovely gated Tuscan-style estate. Tucked back in the tranquil canyon of the University Heights neighborhood, this home includes a spacious yard with:

Perfect for both families and professionals, our property also offers the ultimate in convenience:

The space
Your vacation home is located in the bottom floor of the house. However, this is not a shared space, so you’ll have the entire downstairs to yourselves. The private entrance is located in the backyard.

The backyard is spacious. We have an outdoor table, a hammock, and a bocce ball court. We hope you enjoy your time in the peaceful and beautiful backyard space.

Park in or near the garage. It is nice to have off street parking in this area!!

We have a lot of fun beach items for you to borrow:
