Summary:
This wonderful space is close by Mission Bay Park. You’ll love it because it's completely furnished and opens through French doors to a spacious patio which was updated just this year with a built-in grill, gazebo, fridge (stocked with beverages) and lounge seating! A king sized bed, a meal prep counter, a full bathroom with walk in shower, smart TV, mini-split AC and heat, and high speed wifi (that works well enough to take a Zoom meeting on the patio) round out the space.
The Space:
This is a guest suite that is part of a larger home. The suite is self-contained with a separate entrance and totally private and separate from the main home. Also, there is a weightlifting rack and equipment on the property (please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it!).
Guest Access:
The patio and outside areas are shared with the other studio on the property and the owner who lives on-site.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a safe, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood. You may find yourself invited to join the owner and neighbors for a Friday night neighborhood cookout (feel free to say no). On any given Saturday, you will probably see kids and dogs running past the house - if you've got a kiddo (or a dog), they will be invited to join!
Getting Around:
We always recommend a car to get around San Diego, but we are a just quick 5-10 minute walk to the Balboa Dr. trolley station if you wish to use transit during your visit and Uber/Lyft are also very convenient in San Diego. Street parking is readily available and free right in front of the unit.
Other Things to Note:
This studio runs on green, solar energy.
Want to workout while you're in town? We have everything you need in a fully stocked home gym including: squat/bench/pull-up rig, men's bar (20 kg), women's bar (15 kg), training bar (7 kg), bumper plates (5 - 45 pounds), jump ropes, box, bosu ball, training bands, mats, slam ball and wall ball.
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
