This studio suite features a queen-bed, Smart TV, Brand New Kitchenette, bathroom with heated floor, private entrance, and access to shared carport and back canyonview decks!

You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport and shared back decks overlooking the canyon. Upper Level is off limits, as it is a separate listing. Please be kind and considerate to your neighbors.

Your entrance is through the gate in the carport, down the 2 sets of stairs, and to the left keypad. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests.

Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
