The Space:
Step into a beautifully appointed living space where modern convenience meets homey comfort. The master bedroom offers a sanctuary of rest with its plush queen bed and personal smart TV, while the second bedroom delights with a cozy bunk bed setup (full and twin size) and another smart TV. The living room invites relaxation with two spacious couches, including a twin-size sofa bed. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances for all your culinary needs. Not to forget, the bathroom features a sleek sliding glass door shower. Outdoors, the large enclosed backyard with a porch, string lights, and comfortable seating sets the stage for memorable evenings under the stars.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full access to the house, EXCLUDING the garage, ensuring a private and uninterrupted stay. Entry is streamlined with a digital lock for your convenience.

Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, our home is steps away from Garnet Avenue's bustling shops, eateries, and nightlife, and the iconic Crystal Pier. Enjoy easy access to Pacific Beach's lively boardwalk for sunbathing, surfing, and volleyball, or explore the expansive Mission Bay Park for outdoor adventures like kayaking and cycling.

Getting Around:
With a bus stop right on our street and a designated parking spot in the driveway, exploring San Diego is a breeze. The area's walkability means you're never far from the next local gem, whether it's the beach, a café, or a boutique.

Other Things to Note:
We adhere to a strict policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, including noise restrictions and absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We have security cameras monitoring the backyard. If more than 2+ guests beyond the total number listed on the reservation are at the property in excess of an hour without previous permission given in writing, we reserve the right to CANCEL the reservation or CHARGE a $300 "party penalty."
