Upon entry, the open-layout design welcomes you with a bright and airy ambiance, featuring 10-foot ceilings. To the left, find a living room with a pullout couch, smart TV, and a massage chair. On the right, discover a half bath, a separate laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, and an iron.
The open concept extends to a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a smart Samsung refrigerator that can stream music. The informal dining area, with bar seating and a dining room table, leads to a small balcony with a propane grill.
One of the two bedrooms, to the right of the kitchen, offers a queen-sized bed, a queen-sized air mattress in the closet, a smart TV, and a full tub/shower ensuite bathroom. The second floor hosts the Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, a work desk, and a full walk-in shower ensuite bathroom. This bedroom provides exclusive access to a private balcony featuring a heated hot tub at 101 degrees and sun loungers, ready for your relaxation.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the secured parking garage, elevator, and their own private apartment.
The Neighborhood:
University Heights is a neighborhood in Central San Diego, California centered on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. University Heights is bounded on the West and North by the edge of the mesa, the southern boundary is Lincoln Avenue, and the eastern boundary is Texas Street. The area is filled with several restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and artist studios to choose from for a unique experience. All of which are primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Live entertainment can be found most nights. A perfect location adjacent to Hillcrest, Normal Heights and North Park for any additional restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and night clubs!
Getting Around:
With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa will be serviced every Friday from 12pm to 1pm. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be :)
No Pets Allowed
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
