There was no staff and I never got a response to my inquire via text once I arrived, but everything else was good, very clean, easy to access the room, good location, parking was okay since it was first come first serve.

By far the cutest hotel I’ve ever been to. Booked last minute for my mother and I and do not regret it at all! Brianna was so helpful and amazing with accommodating us to check in before the set arrival time. Definitely recommend coming back soon! Absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Brianna!

the rooms are updated and trendy. Great location to walk to the beach and the bay. I woke up on my last 2 days of a 5 day stay to power grinders on metal and legit sledgehammers at 8 am. If I had some communication from the hotel to expect it, I would have appreciated it. I am optimistic this hotel is going to be wonderful when it is complete with renovations but as luck would have it- my stay was inconvenient. There was only one roll of toilet paper so ask for another early before you run out if you are staying or longer than a day or 2. Also, the cabinets over the toilet are WAY too big and have little to no additional amenities in them- shocked my daughter and I do not have concussions for how many times we whacked our heads on the cabinet over 5 days and in the middle of the night.

Great location - coffee shops, restaurants, beach, and bay were all right around the corner. There are some fun bars that are walking distance too! Room was VERY nice and bed was super comfortable. We had no issue with parking. It is "motel style" with doors accessible from the street - I did not love that but there is a smart lock on the door and I brought an extra lock to ease my mind a little. Overall - great stay in a lovely place. Location cannot be beat!

Intense chemical smell in the rooms. Unable to breath for more than a couple minutes. At the time you enter the room it's too late since you can't get any support. Essentially Airbnb with no service or adjustment whatsoever. Expedia also doesn't provide support. We had to book another hotel at midnight and didn't get any refund from this. $500 down the drain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The problem we experienced was arriving at 3:30 for our 4:00 room and not getting into the room until 6:00. We never received a email giving us any info. that you needed a code to get into the room and we didnt have info. for which room it was nor could we talk to anyone for over an hour. The cleaning lady was trying to help us but said she would need over an hour to clean the only available room she had. We finally spoke to someone who answered their phone and they gave us a different room that did not have a view or balcony which is what I paid for. We missed our dinner reservations with our friends at 5:00pm because we couldnt get dressed and ready. We then made reservations at 6:pm and missed that also, because we still couldnt get in until 6:15. Our entire evening turned into a shambles and we ended up eating at McDonalds. My husband and I only had one night away and we were looking for to a gorgeous dinner but that is not what happened.

I loved this hotel. Convenient to everything, room was amazing, and they were prompt and responsive when I texted to let them know the stove wasn't working, they came and fixed it at the time I requested. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there were renovations going on, and while the noise didn't bother me, the fact that there were men on ladders working alongside our patio so we had no privacy during the day out there. I was traveling with my two daughters so I wasn't super comfortable with that. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to people I know.

No one on sight. Bring TP with you! We wanted to stay 1 more day and night, but the only way to talk with someone, was by calling Expedia for contact. Hotel was under construction, and we were woken up early on 2 mornings due to all the pounding and drilling. I’m disabled, and on our last day, they were painting the hand rails. Luckily, I was able to hold my son’s hand getting up and down, because we were on the 2nd floor. The good things were: everything was clean, location good, toilet was awesome! I would have given it more stars, but, with the loud construction, no staff, and no one to ask or answer questions, these problems wouldn’t have happened.

We loved that it’s right next to the beach and about 20 min or less from anything else in any direction. The room itself while small felt very spacious, clean and very luxurious. Excellent amenities like a full size refrigerator, stove top, and dishes to utilize made feeling at home extremely easy. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. I’d prefer a few more towels than what was provided but otherwise felt very comfortable. Would 10/10 stay again and again.
