"The hotel is clean, cozy, and in an historical building. Location is great and close to train station and centre. Staff are friendly. The hotel is generous, they give 1 bottle of still water and 1 sparkling for each person. Breakfast is fabulous with many selections. Wall is thin and you can hear people talk next door. Heater is luke warm so I had to use AC, and AC has noise when operating. But these are not problem, given bed is so comfortable and quilt is warm, so I felt asleep quickly....

"Average experience. Because I was a tourist they taxed me but didn’t take advantage too much. The room was nice but I did have a stained towel and the door handle on the front of the door partially fell off . However, where the staff were very friendly, I chose to provide a slightly above average experience due to the service they provided."

"The property is very clean and modern. The room size was great as was the bathroom with a lovely big walk in shower. Our room was on the front of the property which had a direct view of the Tower of Pisa. Absolutely outstanding. The staff were very polite and the concierge spoke good English. We arrived too early to check in but we're allowed to leave our luggage with them free of charge so we could enjoy the area a little before checking in.
