"Good place to stay in the heart of very nice small town of Vilaflor. Really good value for money. There is a well-equipped guest kitchen. A supermarket is located next door, but has only small selection, and the same applies to the two other local supermarkets. Bus connections here are fairly good, but only one bus per day to Teide, which can be full to the last seat. Staff was friendly and helpful although I didn't meet them, just communicated through WhatsApp. My main complain is lack of warm...

"For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. "Set in a historic building in Orotava the hotel has a more guest house feel. Below is a restaurant which is open during the day. Bar the cleaner I didn't see much of the other staff, I guess they would be on hand if needed. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby. It was a relaxing stay, although the road outside can be noisy and the double glazing doesn't seem to do too much. For such a historic area it would be nice if they banned cars, it would raise the general appear of Orotava."
