"The hotel offers everything a hotel usually does except a bar or restaurant. However the Novotel next door has both so sorted. A ten minute walk through an undercover tunnel takes you to the railway station and bus and tram terminal so you can get everywhere. The hotel gives you a city pass for reduced cost museum access and free travel. The term Budget sets the scene, but how long do you spend in your hotel when on a City Break?"

The hotel is not staffed 24/7 but the adjacent hotel (which is part of the same group) is, and they can assist with check in/out, bookings and other queries. Everyone was really friendly.
