"This place was very clean and just as advertised. And our host was very quick to respond to every message sent. I do have to apologize for not cleaning as much as we would have liked prior to leaving. A late final night and early morning departure curtailed our intentions, so I apologize for that. And thank you for letting us stay in your home. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend. The hot tub and pool were used multiple times and were a great added bonus!"

"First, let’s start with location. This property is in the heart of the beach community and just blocks from the water. Ideal location! Secondly, the owners were very nice and promptly responded to questions and requests. Finally, the space was nicely decorated and equipped. The only issue we had related to a dirty air conditioning unit. Its filter was dirty and there appeared to be some black spots in the vent. We thought it may have been the onset of mold. The owner disagreed...
