"This is a lovely historic property, close in proximity to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room and overall residence is clean, cozy and welcoming. The host, TJ is incredibly attentive and a charmer. Refreshments and Breakfast is top-notch. All-in-all, a wonderful stay."

"This listing was exactly as described with no nasty hidden surprises. Juan's commuication has been excellent which really reassured my confidence as a solo traveller new to the area. Self-check in details were passed the day before arrival whichallowed me to comfortably see myself into the property despite my late areival time. "Great stay at Nathan's again. This was our third stay this year. My husband and I visit our daughter and her husband. It's the perfect location for us. Nathan's place is immaculate, has everything you need and decorated beautifully. Thank you Nathan for another great stay. See you in December."

"Our very good friend drove from Iowa to meet us at this little slice of paradise. We stayed in the guest house and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. As good as the inside was the outside was over the top- from amazing views, crystal clear pool, and the large fire pit. Jack took amazing care of and had some great stories. "This was a small but mighty space. It had all the things we would have at home but in a smaller space, which it did not feel like so. There was a lot of space for the kids to play outside and thank you for 2 tv's. I was able to lounge while the girls were able to watch cartoons. "

A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended."

I also appreciated the coffee set up. I did not have to venture out for coffee. This property was exceptionally convenient."

"Our stay was amazing. My wife and I stayed for 3 days. I wish I would have stayed longer. The apartment had everything we needed. We used the bikes the first day we rode to the Santa Monica pier any to Venice Beach. It was an easy ride. The host was very easy to communicate with. Hopefully we can make another trip to California and stay again. "
