"Enjoyable stay and would go back, had breakfast one morning but disappointed that it was cold, I was late in getting down (30 minutes before breakfast was finishing) but no excuses for it being cold. It’s an old fashioned hotel but it still has a charm about it and all the staff were very helpful during my stay. "

"Lovely hotel with great facilities. Room was big and comfortable. Food was excellent. Pool was warm and fun for my young daughter - not really a pool for doing laps though. Lovely setting and grounds. Decor was a little dated and tired in places but has character."

The surrounding gardens provide a quiet space to enjoy a Scottish holiday. The rooms are spacious and offer relaxing views of the gardens and the fields beyond. "We couldn't have been more pleased with the Annex unit number 1. Everything was clean and our hosts were very friendly and accessible. Everything we could have possibly wanted for a 4 day stay was provided. Our host (Leslie) even went to the effort of adding some kitchen staples for us milk, eggs, bacon, breads, fruit).
